I’m a psychologist and have worked with adults in the not-for-profit sector for most of my career.
I am passionate about holistic, trauma-informed, and personalised care. I am particularly interested in the mind-body-soul connection, and incorporating creativity to support healing and change.
I aim to facilitate an environment where you can feel deeply heard and safe to share your story, address challenges, and create a life that feels meaningful to you.

I draw from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, and exploring the roots and deeper patterns that may be holding you back.
